Previously, the business relied heavily on social media and third-party property portals to promote available properties. This made it difficult for potential customers to browse listings systematically, filter properties according to their requirements, and discover available options in one place. Promoting properties through external platforms also involved additional listing costs.
The goal was to establish an independent online platform where customers could easily explore properties while allowing registered users to submit their own listings. The website also needed to communicate the company’s broader identity as a property and construction service provider rather than limiting its presence to buying and selling real estate.
Our Approach
We approached the project by designing a centralized property marketplace that makes property discovery and listing management easier. Our team developed a clean, responsive interface with dedicated Buy and Rent sections, property categories, keyword search, and filtering options to help visitors narrow down relevant listings. We also introduced individual property detail pages and featured property sections to give listings better visibility.
A key part of the development was the user registration and property submission functionality. Registered users can submit their properties through the website, while the administration team reviews and approves submissions before publication. This gives Sagun Homes greater control over listing quality and content.
We also gave the company’s construction and maintenance services a prominent place across the website, with dedicated service information. Supporting features such as an EMI calculator, land unit converter, blog, and contact options help make the platform more useful to prospective buyers, renters, and property owners.
